DRS Grant – Authorisation & Agreement

Thank you for choosing Royal Canal Financial Control Services to assist with your grant claim. To get started, please review and follow the steps below to complete the necessary forms and authorisations and we will process your application with DRS.

Key Points of the Agreement

Access Authorisation: You agree to allow Royal Canal Financial Control Services access to the Re-turn platform as needed for processing, if multi-factor authentication is enabled you agree to us either using our office phones or setting up on your phone for secure access.

By signing, you authorise Royal Canal Financial Control Services to process your grant application with Re-turn, as detailed in the Re-turn Grant Agreement dated October 2, 2024.

Responsibilities: Royal Canal Financial Control Services will handle the application process but does not guarantee claim approval, as final decisions rest with Re-turn. Re-turn will base the claim values based on what they have already access to from the machine.

Step-by-Step Guide for Completing the Online Form

1. Access the Form
   Click the link to open the authorisation form: Authorisation Form via HelloSign.
2. Enter Your Email
   Provide your email address when prompted. You’ll receive an email with a link to the form.
3. Open the Link from Your Email
   Click the link in the email to be redirected to the HelloSign form.
4. Complete the Form Details
   • Fill out each section as requested, including your store details. If you manage multiple stores, you can include all stores in one form.
   • Double-check that all required fields are filled out.
5. Review and e-Sign
   • After entering all details, click Continue to review the content.
   • Once you’ve reviewed, select I agree to confirm your e-signature and accept the terms.
6. Confirmation Email
   • You’ll receive a completed copy of the signed form by email.
   • Our team will receive a copy as well and begin processing your grant application promptly.
   • We’ll notify you by email once your claim has been submitted to Re-turn.
