Please read first before completing

For companies use the option on the form to change the name to Company Name as opposed to First & Last Name so we can correctly link your account up internally.

There is also an option to allow entry of Sort Code and Account number, just follow the steps etc as you complete the form.

Please use the email address that you want to receive notifications of Direct Debits, you will receive an email to notify of payments to be taken, and if you have a re-occurring payment the system will let you know when a Direct Debit payments will be taken in advance.
